Getting support
Reaching out is the first step.
If you’re a young adult facing cancer, or someone who loves one, here’s exactly what happens when you get in touch. No hoops, no cost, no pressure. And no meeting times: this is one person matched to you, not a group on a schedule.
What happens when you reach out
Tell us you’re here
Send a short message with a little about your situation. There’s no long form and nothing to qualify for. A first sentence is enough.
We listen
A relaxed, no-pressure conversation so we understand what you’re facing and what would actually help, on your timeline, not ours.
We match you
We pair you with a companion, often a survivor who has been where you are and gets it. Someone who fits where you’re at.
We walk beside you
Regular check-ins through treatment and into the after, plus practical help navigating doctors, school, and work. And you never start over: the person who knew you in week one still knows you in month six. As we grow, we’ll connect you to more resources too, for as long as you want us there.
Start the conversation.
Tell us a little about your situation and Frankie will personally get back to you, usually within a few days.
